Can I install an air conditioner?

Yes. For instructions on how to get your air conditioner installed, pleas see the guidelines located in the Welcome Package for your building.

What is the building’s policy on smoking?

Smoking is not permitted in any common areas of your building including the hallways, stairwells, lobby, etc.

What if I need an exterminator?

Please refer to the signup sheet posted in the lobby of your building. If you cannot locate the sheet, please call your managing agent.

Can I have pets?

Pet policies vary from building to building and specifics can be found in your lease.

Do I need to recycle?

Yes. For more information on how to recycle at your building, please refer to the Welcome Package for your building below.

Who should I contact in case of an emergency?

What should I do if I get locked out?
