We provide energy and sustainability services to Time Equities and its strategic partners.
We are implementing sustainability programs and initiatives aiming to reduce operational costs and the carbon footprint of our buildings. In addition, we are working toward being carbon neutral in our corporate operations.
Our founder, Francis Greenburger, has a personal interest in the environment. As a participant in the Clinton Global Initiative, Francis Greenburger committed Time Equities to establishing a department focused on environmental sustainability. In 2007, Mr. Greenburger created TE Greengineers and began encouraging TEI asset managers to implement sustainability initiatives. After successful implementation of a number of measures and retrofits, TEI Greengineers now offers its services to third parties.

Sustainability in Action
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we prioritize best practices in energy and water conservation, carbon reduction, and waste management. We evaluate our portfolio regularly to identify potential sustainability measures to lower operating expenses and increase the efficiency and long-term value.
Sustainability Stewardship
Each day, we strive to improve our properties performance and make a positive impact. We do this by implementing Environmental Social Governance (ESG) policies and investing in sustainability initiatives. We are proud to say a number of our assets have obtained LEED and ENERGY STAR certifications and have also participated in GRESB reporting.
