Widely recognized for its post-modern glass and blue panel towers by the Chicago architectural firm of Perkins & Will, 310W is arguably one of Milwaukee’s most distinct buildings. The complex features a soaring center atrium that joins the two towers, and a welcoming outdoor plaza complete with public art in the heart of downtown.The 14-story cobalt blue building is in the midst of multi-million dollar upgrades and building enhancements befitting of this first-class office and retail complex.
